I have a history of Keloids. I had neck surgery about 2 years ago and am thinking about scar revision?

Luckily, I do not have a keloid, but a hypertrophic scar. I have done injections and laserings, but nothing has helped. I am looking into doing scar revisions (excision). Anyone had any experiences with this?
