i was in a car wreck and lost my kidney and had to neck surgery due to a broken neck how much should i be comp

I was in a car wreck at no fault of my own. I lost my left kidney and had neck surgery on c-4 and 5 where they replaced my bone and at c-6 and 7 where my dics was crushed so they rebuilt this bone when they found out during surgery. The company that is responsible is a big car dealership. How much money would you think I should get in damages. At this point my medical bills are over 100,000.00. Thanks
